YORKR is founded and led by Swapnil Dwivedi, from Mumbai, India. Film school for the craft, four years of brand and campaign work for the judgement, and a production pipeline built because campaign calendars demanded more than a crew could shoot.
Why this exists
Because the gap is specific, and we can see it.
Most brands arrive with a logo and a launch date, then discover they need something worth posting every day for months, often in more than one language, on channels that punish inconsistency.
The traditional answer is a crew, an agency retainer and a budget only the largest can carry. The other answer, which we build, is a pipeline: templated, automated where automation is honest, and run by people who know what is worth cutting.
The brands that need this most are the ones growing faster than they can hire. That is the gap YORKR was built for.

Brand identity at rollout scale
Seven sub-brands delivered as one system — a shared crest and typographic frame, then a distinct colour, character and line for every city. Plus a six-part recruitment campaign and a six-stage pathway built as posts.

Positioning, identity, campaign design and paid social across sport, events and consumer goods. This is where the production stack got built — not as a demo, but because campaign calendars needed more output than one crew can shoot.

An Instagram channel produced end to end by the same pipeline we deploy for clients. It is the portfolio piece that can't be faked: it publishes on a schedule, and the schedule is the proof.
